Why is my battery marked as “Dangerous Goods”?
Lithium batteries are classified as dangerous goods, which means our freight partners are required to handle them with extra care. It’s common for shipments to be temporarily held at depots until a certified dangerous goods truck is available. Unfortunately, tracking updates are not always accurate during this process, so your package may arrive without much notice.

In rare cases, delays of up to 7 days can occur while waiting for the appropriate transport.
