If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at info@voltedgebatteries.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item.

Refunds are not available for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must not have been altered, installed, or mishandled in any way.
  • Return shipping and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a registered and insured postal service. VoltEdge Batteries is not liable for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during return transit.

Refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping and return costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with, do not sign for or accept the delivery. Instead, take clear photos and contact us immediately.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please return the item in its original condition along with:

  • A copy of your invoice
  • A note explaining the reason for the exchange

Exchanges are only accepted for faulty items.

Please include a prepaid return satchel matching the original shipping cost. Failure to include this may delay your replacement. We will contact you to arrange return postage before processing if it is missing.
